Purchased the RS w/app. Received pretty quick and install was simple and instructions covered troubleshooting. Just tested on a Dyno after having it a few weeks and HP increased 38-48! The chip is fabulous The chip is fabulous, it works. I've only had one problem and it was not with the chip, it was with the app and it was caused by me, since I changed my phone. Of course, the chip and the phone had to be paired again, as I am not an expert the pairing took me a couple of weeks, but with the help of Patric Richardson from the RaceChip Customer Service, I was able to solve it finally. I have no hesitation in recommending this German company.

Veloster turbo RaceChip I bought the race chip for my veloster turbo and 100% love it!! Shipping time was fantastic, with it coming from Germany to PA in just a few days. The packing was fantastic and the install was super easy. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, they even include a little guide booklet with tips on how to remove differnt kinds of connectors. Very pleased with this product.

Great results on my BMW Great results! My car definitely definitely is faster and received an HP boost as measured through time trials. I bought the GTS black racechip and mobile app for my US model 2016 BMW 228i. The instructions were easy to follow (I used a Youtube video) and the app linked easily and seamlessly to my racechip. The customer service was helpful although I am very disappointed the engine warranty only runs for cars with up to 48k miles but that is stated on the website.
