My advice is you get a rude one hang up and call back - there are very good ones also if you have a warranty make sure the place you purchased it from filed it correctly and paid the surcharge if your vehicle has any modifications! Save a long depressing and frustrating battle ! Overall Allstate is one of the best as long as you know the paperwork is filed correctly.

No hassle I bought a used truck, within one year I had to have the transmission rebuilt and the engine replaced due to failed lifter. CarShop was great CarShop was great. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts. When the parts arrived they set up an appointment to repair the problem. On the final inspection they also heard a noise from one of the pulleys, called me to ask if they could keep the car another day to repair that problem, which I agreed to. They also asked if I wanted for them to replace the belt for no labor charge, just pay for the part, which I thought was fantastic. All in all I was 110% satisfied with the service.
