GB2020 chevy Silverado 1500 3.0 duramax diesel Everything was great except I had to pay $200 extra dollars because what was said to be totally covered ended up not being totally covered, a little confused on that as when I signed the contract I understood everything totally covered until 125,000 miles, but happy to have my truck fixed and working..hopefully I hear back as to why it wasn't totally covered

GBNo hassle I bought a used truck, within one year I had to have the transmission rebuilt and the engine replaced due to failed lifter. I sent the truck to certified dealerships mechanics, it does take some time for the diagnostic, review, and approval processes to play out but it was approved without hassle each time, well worth the wait. this warranty saved us from huge repair bills on an expensive truck.

GBMy mechanic said Allstate is by far the… My mechanic said Allstate is by far the best after market warranty company hands down. No junkyard parts or unnecessary haggling on service. They pay the professionals lightning fast to get you back on the road. A+ / 100%

GBGreat Experience Super easy to make a claim and communicative about options for rentals. Helped me figure out the best way to get a rental day off when enterprise had nothing available.

GBHorrible experience The amount of effort my Mechanic has to go thru to get to the right person and get approvals is ridiculous. He was on hold, transfered, hung up on, missed called with new business, then made me a deal to do a 400 repair for 200 to not have to call back. You all owe me a 100 dollars now as my deductible is 100. I want it back. If your not willing to pay for enough staff to field demand then provide a list of covered repairs and don't require a call. If I ever buy another warranty product I'll be making sure it's not from Allstate unless this is made right and I will tell everyone I know.
