FAULTLESS! From my initial visit through to completion, this was a faultless customer experience. The (competitive) quote arrived exactly within the timescale promised and the relevant work was booked in for the following week. I am delighted with the repairs carried out, the damage to the offside paintwork and headlamp has vanished! To cap all of this off, I asked if I could have my vehicle back asap due to personal commitments, and my vehicle was ready in just over 24 hours!!! All of this AND they provided me with a courtesy car. I really cannot recommend Motts enough, they were fantastic.
