Lucky for us the support team, especially Alex, assured us that our purchase was on its way and we would receive it. After receiving our Autel, Alex has continued to email us to make sure that we are happy with our purchase and that everything has gone well. We give OBDPRICE 5 STARS! Purchased an update for my MK808BT Purchased an update for my MK808BT. The update went smoothly with some guidance from OBDPRICE. After purchasing the update they required my sn number for my unit with a reply email from the purchase confirmation email. I then got a authorization code to enter at the update site for Autel.

Terrible company Terrible company, bought a scanner with 2 years free updates, only got 1. Have contacted them several times over a 10 week period with no useful response. Even worse customer service. AVOID OBDPRICE for your own benefit.
