Within 2 hours I was sent another email with a UPS tracking number. Eight days later, Dec 3, I received my package from UPS. A well and securely wrapped package that looked as if it had hardly been touched! During these 8 days I received emails from the OBDPRICE support team keeping me informed. Software update for Autel MP808TS Purchased software update for my Autel MP808TS from OBDPrice and had my code within 16 hours! Well within the 24 promised and I was kept fully informed all the way. Excellent service.

Update via Redeem I've ordered updates for IM608 and got activation pretty fast, but activation method is different, if you have autel.com acc, you should choose in main menu Redeem and by selecting proper device to enter activation code and updates activates automatically. I think this little info would useful for somebody :) by the way obdprice team is very kind and helpful, thanks for them :) other updates for Maxisys Elite I will buy of course from obdprice!! Terrible company Terrible company, bought a scanner with 2 years free updates, only got 1. Have contacted them several times over a 10 week period with no useful response. Even worse customer service. AVOID OBDPRICE for your own benefit.

Great scan tool at the best price! This was an awesome transaction for a great Autel scan tool. Great communication via email as all of my questions and concerns were addressed without issue. Will definitely do business with OBDprice.com again.
