GBIt’s been three weeks since I ordered… It’s been three weeks since I ordered and it still has not shipped. When I first notified the team after waiting one week in the pre shipping phase, I was told to wait 24-48 more hours. Then 72 hours later I received an email that they would ship another order. That order is still in pre shipment phase. Meanwhile I keep getting emails about 7% off my next order, but no discount can be given for waiting three weeks to receive a product. Basically this experience matches the average Electrify America experience - this is the part that ruins EVs

GBAfter I was quoted “per our policy ….”… After I was quoted “per our policy ….” I had to suggest a solution to replace the faulty item.

GBNo free returns No free returns. I spent over $40 just to return the item. It was a $195 level 2 EV charging cable extension.

GBI’m happy with the charger I’m happy with the charger. It is good quality and provides a faster charge than the OEM charger that came with the car.
