Customer Service responsive and adapter worked great on ID4 Customer Service responded quickly when I had a question about delivery. The Tesla to J1772 adapter worked with no issues when charging my ID4 with a Tesla Destination charger.

After I was quoted “per our policy ….”… After I was quoted “per our policy ….” I had to suggest a solution to replace the faulty item.
