I just finished fighting with my credit card company to get my money back. Like others, I paid for a bike and then they completely ghosted me. I kept all emails and communications from these dirt bags if someone thinks I'm lying. I am not. Tried to buy this bike for my step son and they screwed me over badly. Terrible experience.
