GBgreat product great product, only thing that i would say could be improved upon is the clarity of the microphone. unless right next to someone its quite hard to hear anything at all.

GBThis tracker doesn't seem to record… This tracker doesn't seem to record every movement. The hourly refresher will still only show last location. Not sure if it's a signal issue. Thus tracker is used to locate vehicle movement and only updates randomly.

GBNeed better customer support for… Need better customer support for products. No phone calls, only emails. The brochure that came with my product offered very little instruction on all the capabilities of the product.

GBHad a tracker that would not pick up a… Had a tracker that would not pick up a signal. Forget about getting a hold of anyone to solve the problem . Customer service just sends you stuff to read that does not solve your problem. Horrible customer service
