SCAMMERS SCAMMERS, Do not waste your money or time, this is a scam, they claim they ''guarantee to reply to queries the same day'' I can assure you this is a big porky, they will take your money and run.

I needed a workshop manual for my Audi… I needed a workshop manual for my Audi Q7. The purchase was a link to 3 very large downloads totalling ~60Gig and the included instructions are ok, but quite complex and definitely not user friendly. After all the steps were taken, I had errors on the included virtual machine program that I found needed VT-X in my bios enabled. Some perseverance was required, but I am extremely happy with the manual. I've read some other reviews and it sounds like unless you are capable of dealing with some hurdles, it's probably not for you. I can't comment on any other manuals available.

works well Actually, I have to change my review as it does indeed work fine once technical information is given. It did take a few days for the response but once received it works.

Paid for manual and that was the end of… Paid for manual and that was the end of it. No manual, no customer service, no response to live chat etc. No link. Sounds like scammers. Seems like I'm not the only one who thinks this. One star is one too many.

Doesn't work, no support Software doesn't work after downloading. Email address to contact no longer works. Facebook page unresponsive. No Live Chat support on the page as advertised. Waste of money.
