The purchase was a link to 3 very large downloads totalling ~60Gig and the included instructions are ok, but quite complex and definitely not user friendly. After all the steps were taken, I had errors on the included virtual machine program that I found needed VT-X in my bios enabled. Some perseverance was required, but I am extremely happy with the manual. I've read some other reviews and it sounds like unless you are capable of dealing with some hurdles, it's probably not for you. I can't comment on any other manuals available.

Okay, nothing special June 2021. What DWM don't say on the order form is that it's best to place the order using the computer on which the VW manuals and elsawin tool will be used. I used an old tablet to place the order and when I used my main PC to open the order confirmation email I found the file download links didn't work. My emails to dwm were answered in the evening and Chat wasn't working.

Searching for the Holy Grail is easier than this.... This has to have been the most diffiuclt purchasing experience of my 59 years on this planet. Be sure you have accees to massive disk space required - I have even bought a extra hard drive to try to make this work And b hopefully get Bill Gates on speed dial, because trust me, you are going to need him....(or The Samaritans) depending on the level of success. ok, so lets call Samaritans, wish me luck........

Worth of money I ordered workshopmanual for my Skoda Octavia 2011. My payment method was PayPal. I emailed them my Paypal-account e-mail address and link to the manual I wanted. Then after payment via PayPal, I got return e-mail with downloadlink. The workshopmanual was already in PDF-files so it was ready for use. Their online chat was very fast to response so I got all required information. I can warmly recommend.

In my case the 'manual' was downloaded in 3 huge parts each taking several hours and then it was necessary to visit a 3rd party site for a program which should have 'glued' it all together, but that didn't work. The download links only last for 3 days and believe me it takes 3 days to discover what a crock it all is. Overall very disappointed to have been robbed by this outfit.
