I needed a workshop manual for my Audi… I needed a workshop manual for my Audi Q7. The purchase was a link to 3 very large downloads totalling ~60Gig and the included instructions are ok, but quite complex and definitely not user friendly. After all the steps were taken, I had errors on the included virtual machine program that I found needed VT-X in my bios enabled. Some perseverance was required, but I am extremely happy with the manual. I've read some other reviews and it sounds like unless you are capable of dealing with some hurdles, it's probably not for you. I can't comment on any other manuals available.

SCAMMERS SCAMMERS, Do not waste your money or time, this is a scam, they claim they ''guarantee to reply to queries the same day'' I can assure you this is a big porky, they will take your money and run.

Searching for the Holy Grail is easier than this.... This has to have been the most diffiuclt purchasing experience of my 59 years on this planet. Be sure you have accees to massive disk space required - I have even bought a extra hard drive to try to make this work And b hopefully get Bill Gates on speed dial, because trust me, you are going to need him....(or The Samaritans) depending on the level of success. ok, so lets call Samaritans, wish me luck........

Doesn't work, no support Software doesn't work after downloading. Email address to contact no longer works. Facebook page unresponsive. No Live Chat support on the page as advertised. Waste of money.

Absolutely useless company Absolutely useless company! No customer support whatsoever!! Bought Manual £10...Paid £5 for remote installation assistance...got a Word document back saying, quote "Thank you for your remote assistance payment. Please download, install and open team viewer: ****wwwteamviewercom**** Install to allow remote access to your PC and for personal use. Let me know the ID and Password it provides you (located on the left side). I can then log on and assist with installing your manual.
