SECustomer service is tops Actually I was not fully able to utilize this service, but had really great customer support twice. I purchased the 'one-time-use' service. Firstly, the vendor I purchased from had a delay with shipping out the item, so I contacted Swissmailbox and asked what happens if it doesn't arrive within the 15 day window. They kindly put the service on pause for me, so no extra charges were made. Secondly, the vendor ended up cancelling the order because they didn't have any in stock afterall. I informed Swissmailbox and they said they'd keep my adress on pause for another 6 months in case I would make any order in the future. Such great service I was moved to write a review :)
