Account set up was even completed on a Sunday. All Swiss shops I use are happy to deliver to my SwissMailBox address. Parcels are scanned and photographed and an alert email is sent as soon as your packages have been processed. You can then wait to consolidate several items or proceed with forwarding immediately. I'm definitely going to be a returning customer for the foreseeable future. Swiss Post are facing significant delays to UK but were also extremely helpful in tracking my parcel and reassuring me. My goods arrived in 11 days, securely packed with professionalism.
