Awesome customer happiness team and new booklets Started out rough. First crate awesome, second and third ones were pretty late for different reasons, but customer service was awesome and very kind, gave me a free crate to make up for it, and every month it is better on shipping time and this month in my Caribbean box the booklet thing was so helpful in identifying what the snacks are like.

It's my families monthly bonding tool. I started off with snack crate as a late Christmas gift to my family and it really has been something special. Every month we look forward to first everyone guessing what country the box is from and then we use the supplied book to enhance the whole experience. We are a family of 6 and we have the middle sized box. It suits us great as it gives us plenty of different tastes. All in all this is a great service and it seems to be ran by the right people. This is a fun way to explore the world This is a fun way to explore the world. For my teenager, who never stops eating, it has him more interested in travel and ACTUALLY using a map! They have a good variety of large and small, Salty and sweet treats. We look forward to getting the box every month.

Fun way to experience new countries. SnackCrate is always packed with delicious treats we cannot find in any of our stores. We love getting the different country every month and tasting what the culture is all about. Adding the drink option made it even better. The little booklet that comes in the box is a fun way to learn facts about the country of the month. My kids and myself love reading it together as we explore the different flavors of that month's country.

one very disappointed customer. I have previously purchased subscriptions to snack crate in 2023. It wasn't too bad. There was always issues with shipping. I started a new subscription for my granddaughter at Christmas time so 2024 has been nothing but a nightmare dealing with them!! You cannot talk to anyone directly anymore, payments have been taken out of my account but no shipments on time. I spoke to someone multiple times for my last shipment. The last response was it would be sent out USPS & I would receive it in 1 to 4 days. Here it is days later, crate has not been delivered or have I received an updated tracking email ( which I was told I'd get when it was shipped ) Having to correspond with them every month to get my shipment is just ridiculous!!! I will never do a subscription through them again.
