one very disappointed customer. I have previously purchased subscriptions to snack crate in 2023. It wasn't too bad. There was always issues with shipping. I started a new subscription for my granddaughter at Christmas time so 2024 has been nothing but a nightmare dealing with them!! You cannot talk to anyone directly anymore, payments have been taken out of my account but no shipments on time. I spoke to someone multiple times for my last shipment. The last response was it would be sent out USPS & I would receive it in 1 to 4 days. Here it is days later, crate has not been delivered or have I received an updated tracking email ( which I was told I'd get when it was shipped ) Having to correspond with them every month to get my shipment is just ridiculous!!! I will never do a subscription through them again.

Yummy treats Yummy treats. Loved the floral skittles! Wish I could buy them in the US and only got lime hi-chew so I’ve had them before. I like how hi-chews in America are white either the flavor in the middle is the color but in other countries it’s the color of the candy square and it’s more pastel.

SnackCrate has a great customer service… SnackCrate has a great customer service team! Any time I had to reach out, I was answered quickly and the issue was immediately solved. It is always so exciting getting your next box. I believe I have the mystery package with a drink each time and we always love it!! :)

This is a fun way to explore the world This is a fun way to explore the world. For my teenager, who never stops eating, it has him more interested in travel and ACTUALLY using a map! They have a good variety of large and small, Salty and sweet treats. We look forward to getting the box every month.

Awesome customer happiness team and new booklets Started out rough. First crate awesome, second and third ones were pretty late for different reasons, but customer service was awesome and very kind, gave me a free crate to make up for it, and every month it is better on shipping time and this month in my Caribbean box the booklet thing was so helpful in identifying what the snacks are like.
