Fun way to experience new countries. SnackCrate is always packed with delicious treats we cannot find in any of our stores. We love getting the different country every month and tasting what the culture is all about. Adding the drink option made it even better. The little booklet that comes in the box is a fun way to learn facts about the country of the month. My kids and myself love reading it together as we explore the different flavors of that month's country.

Horrible service If I could give zero stars, I would Firstly, when I started my subscription in February, they advertised 4 day shipping. Well it took 3-4 WEEKS for my package to be delivered. The next month, March, I received an email at the beginning of the month stating payment had gone through. I did not receive March’s package until TWO WEEKS INTO APRIL. Horrible service. I do not recommend. Immediately removed my credit card.

The perfect monthly package The perfect monthly package! This is the best snack supply ever and you just never know what you’re going to get so the suspense is there. Doesn’t take long at all for delivery and every pack just comes with amazing stuff! Highly suggest you get on board with this if you love snacks and new experiences

food adventure This has been a great time receiving boxes. It is an adventure that comes to us in our mailbox. We have discovered a bit of several countries thru my favorite way, food! It all comes in great condition and packed full.

one very disappointed customer. I have previously purchased subscriptions to snack crate in 2023. It wasn't too bad. There was always issues with shipping. I started a new subscription for my granddaughter at Christmas time so 2024 has been nothing but a nightmare dealing with them!! You cannot talk to anyone directly anymore, payments have been taken out of my account but no shipments on time. I spoke to someone multiple times for my last shipment. The last response was it would be sent out USPS & I would receive it in 1 to 4 days. Here it is days later, crate has not been delivered or have I received an updated tracking email ( which I was told I'd get when it was shipped ) Having to correspond with them every month to get my shipment is just ridiculous!!! I will never do a subscription through them again.
