GBHorrible service If I could give zero stars, I would Firstly, when I started my subscription in February, they advertised 4 day shipping. Well it took 3-4 WEEKS for my package to be delivered. The next month, March, I received an email at the beginning of the month stating payment had gone through. I did not receive March’s package until TWO WEEKS INTO APRIL. Horrible service. I do not recommend. Immediately removed my credit card.

GBfood adventure This has been a great time receiving boxes. It is an adventure that comes to us in our mailbox. We have discovered a bit of several countries thru my favorite way, food! It all comes in great condition and packed full.

GBFun and different For me, it's about experiencing different foods from different places, so that aspect is fun, and the whole family enjoys it as well. However, some of the food isn't for everyone, lol. I got a 6 month subscription, and we've had 3 countries so far. India is my favorite country so far. I would definitely recommend it if you're into trying new and different things. If you're a picky eater, I don't recommend it, lol.

GBOne of our favorite subscriptions I’m not ashamed to pay for! So far, our family has experienced our first SnackCrate box last month in October and it was from Greece!! We all loved every single thing except the sesame honey item (none of us cared for it), but to be honest we don’t expect to love every single item in the boxes, but we are beyond excited to receive our next box. Our kids have asked every single day since our last box, “When is our next box coming Mom?”, and we are just sitting here waiting for its delightful arrival! We may sign up longer to SnackCrate than the 6 months we have signed up for! One of our favorite subscriptions I’m not ashamed to pay for lol. Come on Poland, we can’t wait to try you out!!

GBAwesome customer happiness team and new booklets Started out rough. First crate awesome, second and third ones were pretty late for different reasons, but customer service was awesome and very kind, gave me a free crate to make up for it, and every month it is better on shipping time and this month in my Caribbean box the booklet thing was so helpful in identifying what the snacks are like.
