GBHorrible service If I could give zero stars, I would Firstly, when I started my subscription in February, they advertised 4 day shipping. Well it took 3-4 WEEKS for my package to be delivered. The next month, March, I received an email at the beginning of the month stating payment had gone through. I did not receive March’s package until TWO WEEKS INTO APRIL. Horrible service. I do not recommend. Immediately removed my credit card.

GBAlways great! Such a good variety and great packaging! Always so great! They give such a great variation of snacks in each box. A lot of mystery boxes feel pretty underwhelming when you open them, but SnackCrate is the opposite everytime. Always colorful, so neatly organized, and you can really tell that they are choosing ther snacks very carefully (not just trying to get rid of extras they have lying around). I recently received a free World Tour box when I signed up for a new subscription, and it was filled with snacks I had never received once in any of my previous boxes. That was truly a very special touch and will keep me coming back to Snackcrate again and again :)

GBWe have been subscribing for many years… We have been subscribing for many years and we have loved every box. Our family has now decreased due to kids leaving for college so it’s time to say good bye for us but I am sure when our kids start having kids it will be a tradition they carry on.

GBFun way to experience new countries. SnackCrate is always packed with delicious treats we cannot find in any of our stores. We love getting the different country every month and tasting what the culture is all about. Adding the drink option made it even better. The little booklet that comes in the box is a fun way to learn facts about the country of the month. My kids and myself love reading it together as we explore the different flavors of that month's country.

GBone very disappointed customer. I have previously purchased subscriptions to snack crate in 2023. It wasn't too bad. There was always issues with shipping. I started a new subscription for my granddaughter at Christmas time so 2024 has been nothing but a nightmare dealing with them!! You cannot talk to anyone directly anymore, payments have been taken out of my account but no shipments on time. I spoke to someone multiple times for my last shipment. The last response was it would be sent out USPS & I would receive it in 1 to 4 days. Here it is days later, crate has not been delivered or have I received an updated tracking email ( which I was told I'd get when it was shipped ) Having to correspond with them every month to get my shipment is just ridiculous!!! I will never do a subscription through them again.
