GBIt's my families monthly bonding tool. I started off with snack crate as a late Christmas gift to my family and it really has been something special. Every month we look forward to first everyone guessing what country the box is from and then we use the supplied book to enhance the whole experience. We are a family of 6 and we have the middle sized box. It suits us great as it gives us plenty of different tastes. All in all this is a great service and it seems to be ran by the right people. GBSnackCrate has a great customer service… SnackCrate has a great customer service team! Any time I had to reach out, I was answered quickly and the issue was immediately solved. It is always so exciting getting your next box. I believe I have the mystery package with a drink each time and we always love it!! :)

GBHorrible service If I could give zero stars, I would Firstly, when I started my subscription in February, they advertised 4 day shipping. Well it took 3-4 WEEKS for my package to be delivered. The next month, March, I received an email at the beginning of the month stating payment had gone through. I did not receive March’s package until TWO WEEKS INTO APRIL. Horrible service. I do not recommend. Immediately removed my credit card.

GBWe have been subscribing for many years… We have been subscribing for many years and we have loved every box. Our family has now decreased due to kids leaving for college so it’s time to say good bye for us but I am sure when our kids start having kids it will be a tradition they carry on.

GBNew experience Every month my granddaughter looks forward to our snackcrate box. Our one rule is that we have to try everything in the box. She looks forward to our delivery. And this experience has opened her up to trying new things, even in her everyday life as well as things in different parts of the world.
