THEY SCAMMED ME Anyone who has never shipped with these criminals should never try. Few months ago they scammed me items worth kshs 7,000 only for them to take over 8 months despite them recieving the items on the third day of purchase from ebay. The 3-small items were less than a kg only for them to package my goods with other peoples products and ask me for Kshs 14,000 as sipping cost on delivery 8-Moths later!!!!!! I will keep rating this corrupt company for scamming Kenyans until they are exposed.

I had difficulty processing payments as… I had difficulty processing payments as the instructions in your Imail Kenya personal account requires one to make payment through Mpesa or DTB. Paybill completely didn't work. DTB worked only to be informed that at the present one is supposed to buy on his own and send the item to your shipping agents in US. I was eventually supported to make purchase by one of your staff from the US end.

They do provide a dangerous goods… They do provide a dangerous goods certificate when you're shipping chemicals and that makes it easier to clear goods on your own. The paperwork was done very well and our agent did not have a hard time clearing our chemical shipment

Jon called me and assured me that everything inside was fine but I'd have to buy boxes for the repackaging which would be done for free. I can confirm you kept your word and receiver in Kenya assured me goods arrived in good condition

They are really great in terms of… They are really great in terms of purchasing on your behalf but if the website doesn't accept their Kenyan credit cards, they'll charge you $5 for every $100 they transfer to the US. It's understandable since I confirmed that's what PayPal charges but I wish it wasn't like that. Amazon purchases were however okay since they seem to accept Kenyan credit cards
