KEI had difficulty processing payments as… I had difficulty processing payments as the instructions in your Imail Kenya personal account requires one to make payment through Mpesa or DTB. Paybill completely didn't work. DTB worked only to be informed that at the present one is supposed to buy on his own and send the item to your shipping agents in US. I was eventually supported to make purchase by one of your staff from the US end.
