Great people on the Baghert team! We worked with Christopher. I cannot express how much we appreciate his support. He's a true problem solver with a wonderful personality! He is a gem and you guys are lucky to have him on your team! At one point I did speak to an amazing young lady as well. I can't recall her name, but she provided such great service that sticks out to me as well.

Move to Sage/Intacct… We have recently moved to Sage/Intacct with Bangert as our partner. The process has been very smooth and the step by step video library for each part of the transition has allowed us to move as fast we wanted to proceed. Great system for migrating a client!

Sometimes unprofessional The tech on our account makes changes sometimes without considering the consequences-Just had an issue we fixed where it had effects that caused payroll issues and other problems with our replicators where we had subsequent calls that needed setup because of the fallout of changes. He also sometimes has side personal conversations with his wife (working from home) while we're on the phone/zoom call.

Kevin Kevin was very patient and knowledgeable. We overcame several issues with migrating from an old computer that died midstream and also upgrading our software at the same time. Thank you very much for you help.
