GBSometimes unprofessional The tech on our account makes changes sometimes without considering the consequences-Just had an issue we fixed where it had effects that caused payroll issues and other problems with our replicators where we had subsequent calls that needed setup because of the fallout of changes. He also sometimes has side personal conversations with his wife (working from home) while we're on the phone/zoom call.
