He is a gem and you guys are lucky to have him on your team! At one point I did speak to an amazing young lady as well. I can't recall her name, but she provided such great service that sticks out to me as well.

Sometimes unprofessional The tech on our account makes changes sometimes without considering the consequences-Just had an issue we fixed where it had effects that caused payroll issues and other problems with our replicators where we had subsequent calls that needed setup because of the fallout of changes. He also sometimes has side personal conversations with his wife (working from home) while we're on the phone/zoom call.
