I had a great experience with not only Santiago but also another representative Jelaine. All of the representatives I have had the pleasure to work with have been very helpful.

The most dishonest company I have ever… The most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. I cancelled products because they could not transfer my website. They continued to bill me and worse yet a couple of months later they start billing me for additional marketing services I never ordered, never used and never received. You get call centers in India when you try to get help and they dont do anything. No matter what I type in webchat I get a please rephrase we dont understand you. They bombard you with email and hidden in one of the over 90 I received is a note saying that your marketing services (which I never ordered) is about to auto renew. What these guys do is most likely fraudulent.

She also shared calmly the cost of each services I needed and assist me in choosing the right email address and domain name suitable for my business. Her helpfulness makes me fill comfortable in continuing doing business with GoDaddy. Very professional

Great customer/tech assistance!! I am an attorney so time is money. Since I began my business relationship with GoDaddy over ten years ago I have been able to quickly reach a qualified, American tech rep. Their customer/technical assistance is better than any other company I deal with.

Crooks - cancelled my Domain Protection without notice .......... You must be joking, 4.7 out of 5.0 !! I just turned off auto renewal for some of my domains, which even then wouldn't expire for over a year, and GoDaddy cancelled my Domain Protection immediately on all those domains. No notice this would happen. I had only turned off the auto renewal as I was intending to buy new domains and migrate my site to these - after what they've done I bought the new ones (actually more than i cancelled the auto renewal for) through SquareSpace and it was a breath of fresh air, just a much easier experience and 'cleaner' interface etc. I can't describe GoDaddy as anything other than crooks, I had put up with their Webbuilder product being the least functional and most complicated on the market, and their almost incomprehensible account structure that seems like it was set up 20 years ago by a child, but this is just dodgy. Why anyone would trust GoDaddy I have no idea.
