GBGreat customer/tech assistance!! I am an attorney so time is money. Since I began my business relationship with GoDaddy over ten years ago I have been able to quickly reach a qualified, American tech rep. Their customer/technical assistance is better than any other company I deal with.

CAThe most dishonest company I have ever… The most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. I cancelled products because they could not transfer my website. They continued to bill me and worse yet a couple of months later they start billing me for additional marketing services I never ordered, never used and never received. You get call centers in India when you try to get help and they dont do anything. No matter what I type in webchat I get a please rephrase we dont understand you. They bombard you with email and hidden in one of the over 90 I received is a note saying that your marketing services (which I never ordered) is about to auto renew. What these guys do is most likely fraudulent.

GBUp until today Up until today, I was not very impressed with godaddy, but today I spoke with Jonathan and he knew his stuff. He was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. My issue was resolved and he told me how to do another thing that everybody else I had spoken to previously told me could not be done.
