GBCrooks - cancelled my Domain Protection without notice .......... You must be joking, 4.7 out of 5.0 !! I just turned off auto renewal for some of my domains, which even then wouldn't expire for over a year, and GoDaddy cancelled my Domain Protection immediately on all those domains. No notice this would happen. I had only turned off the auto renewal as I was intending to buy new domains and migrate my site to these - after what they've done I bought the new ones (actually more than i cancelled the auto renewal for) through SquareSpace and it was a breath of fresh air, just a much easier experience and 'cleaner' interface etc. I can't describe GoDaddy as anything other than crooks, I had put up with their Webbuilder product being the least functional and most complicated on the market, and their almost incomprehensible account structure that seems like it was set up 20 years ago by a child, but this is just dodgy. Why anyone would trust GoDaddy I have no idea.

GBGreat U.S. based customer service rep I needed to review a few items up for renewal as well as update a payment method. Darrell was polite and understood the assignment. I had a short wait (less than 5 minutes). Being able to talk to someone who can promptly and politely handle the assignment is of high value to me.
