BEBad quality and service Print quality was very bad and not as advertised on the website, also the size of the print did not represent the digital printproof that you get when uploading a file. After making a complaint i didn't hear anything for over a week while they claim that they answer within 8 hours. After two weeks of going back and foreward, where i had to contact them myself every single time. My issue finally got resolved by Laura, who is the only person who was helpful in this whole situation. Good website, very bad print and very bad customer service.

Their APIs are solid and well-documented, their print partners seem to be really well managed, product always arrives sooner than their ETA, customer service is super responsive, and most important of all: my customers constantly report surprise and delight at the quality of their books.
