Had to talk to their customer service… Had to talk to their customer service over the "chat" feature, and they actually helped me through the issue. Overall, a good service for less than a month.

Excellent Service and easy to do Allnodes provided a quick, transparent, and affordable process for hosting an ETH Validator. It was also extremely refreshing being able to talk directly to an agent via the chat instead of some bot like many other websites provide today. The Agent answered my questions right away.

I am very impressed with Allnodes I am very impressed with Allnodes. They had a quick response time to any question I posed and their walkthroughs were simple. I was primarily concerned with security but fortunately, their software integrates with standard cold wallets (Trezor, Ledger etc.). I don't have the time to manage my own servers but thankfully, for a more than reasonable price, I can host various nodes with almost 100% uptime. I plan to use them for a very long time.

Needed help finding masternode.conf specifics I was helped within the day because my PIVX Masternode didn't start. apparently needed some extra config on my side but I would have loved to have found this info myself on the site somewhere.

Extremely Disappointed with Their Service I had high hopes when I decided to use Allnodes node and staking services for my crypto assets. From the beginning, the communication was poor, and their platform was riddled with technical glitches. I faced numerous delays in staking, and the promised returns were nowhere near what was advertised. Moreover, their customer support was unresponsive, leaving me feeling abandoned with my concerns. In the ever-evolving world of crypto, trust and reliability are paramount, and sadly, Allnodes failed to deliver on both counts. I would not recommend their services.
