Lots of scammers in the crypto space Lots of scammers in the crypto space. These guys on the other hand are the real deal. Amazing communication, very Knowledgeable, great products. Purchased a L7 with preload Hiveos card and couldn’t be happier. Found my new home for a one stop shop with coastal crypto.

Communication about my purchase was… Communication about my purchase was lower than expected. I have had better than other companies. Delivery took longer than would be appropriate —people who had ordered from others who had ordered from other suppliers. Unfortunately, in the end, I had to contact my payer to intervene. The product is delivered in safe packaging. The equipment worked well. The item was just as described. If the company improved customer service, I would purchase from it again.

Highly recommend! Coastal Crypto had issue with one of their suppliers of S19. My order took longer than usual but at the end of the day, CC took a loss due to one of their vendors sending subpar product and they made it right by getting good working condition S19 to the customer, me. Good customer service, DM'd Mark a few time for updates and always got an answer.

Another home run with these guys! Another home run with these guys! Just set up my first hosted rig with the team. Updates and responses almost immediately. Dealing with these guys is like partnering up with some buddies you've known for a long time. AND they are middle aged with beards and tattoos..JUST LIKE ME! so very relatable🎉🎉
