What a great experience! As with many artists, my technical knowledge is pretty basic. Even so, I do try to solve problems myself. But this time, I was in the weeds, so I asked Artspan for help setting up a new email for my website. Artspan.com is amazing Artspan.com is amazing. I accidentally called Artspan. org and could never get a response. I finally learned I was calling the wrong Artspan. I have had great service from Artspan.org and I am a rookie at building an online gallery. I would highly recommend Artspan.com to others like me who are roomies at marketing our art.

Absolute best customer service by far Absolute best customer service by far. I contacted Artspan by email on a Sunday, hoping for a reply on Monday. I got a response from the founder in probably about five minutes. I explained that I have a Brain Injury Disability and I rely on simple routines and when I came to a part of building my site my brain was having a great deal of difficulty. Just imagine learning something new and it taking five times longer then a person with an uninjured brain plus all the symptoms I get. Not only did they respond quickly but they ended up doing the portion of the site that I couldn't figure out. I am so grateful I decided to join this site and I look forward to working with them in the future.
