What a great experience! As with many artists, my technical knowledge is pretty basic. Even so, I do try to solve problems myself. But this time, I was in the weeds, so I asked Artspan for help setting up a new email for my website. Madelene was fantastic; she explained things clearly, and she was patient and helpful when I returned more than once with additional questions. She made success possible and left me feeling that Artspan really takes care of its artists. Thanks, Artspan and Madelene!

Wonderful customer service! Wonderful customer service!! Susan Faith has held my hand and led this non techie through the process of setting up a new website. She has acted as teacher, coach, trouble shooter and rescuer when I needed it. I absolutely recommend Artspan to both experts and technically challenged folks, like me. So happy that I found this group.

No watermark protection for the… No watermark protection for the cheapest/most affordable site that they offer. Because you can't afford a more expensive site your work doesn't deserve protection ? What kind of thinking is that ? As if watermarks cost them that much ? It's probably a way of getting artists to pay for the more expensive options....which doesn't make Artspan seem very upfront or supportive. They penalize artists who choose the least exensive website. Not very sympathetic or supportive, not cool. I hope they re-think it. Every artist should be offered protection. If Artspan offers an inexpensive site they shouldn't be petty about it. I'll put my work elsewhere.

Artspan.com is amazing Artspan.com is amazing. I accidentally called Artspan. org and could never get a response. I finally learned I was calling the wrong Artspan. I have had great service from Artspan.org and I am a rookie at building an online gallery. I would highly recommend Artspan.com to others like me who are roomies at marketing our art.
