Wrong patch/Great service! I received the wrong patch and contacted customer service who stated that they would send me the originally requested patch and to keep the one that was sent accidentally. They were very professional and and I received the new patch in the mail 3 Days later. I have always had great service from GovX and will continue to be a faithful customer.

This a great source to find discounts… This a great source to find discounts for active/retired military. Shipping can be a little high and negate some of the savings as compared to buying the same item on Amazon if it's on sale and you would get it faster. Would be nice if shipping was free over $100 or something like that. Also, the selection/choices can be limited as compared to what is available to the general public. All in all, it's nice to have something.

The ordering of the product went… The ordering of the product went smoothly. The delivery was completed in a very short period of time. The product was of the same high quality standard described on your website. Which is identical to previous purchases from your website.

Where you can improve... 1) The items offered can be of better quality or reflect a price commensurate with them. 2) When offering discounts on tickets to sporting events, the additional charges tacked on to the price gives the appearance that the stated percentage off is, shall it be said, inaccurate. 3) make the shipping charges more in line with the cost of actual shipping; while not fully in line with stadium Coke, it seems to be moving in that direction. 4) Any/all of the above lend themselves to questionable support for those who have served...the targeted consumer.

I really like that as a 1st responder I really like that as a 1st responder, retired; I am eligible for some great discounts. I would only advise the folks at GovX keep working to make their website and searches better. I often struggle to find deals or good discounts on the site. Other competitors have better ease in finding deals.
