Where you can improve... 1) The items offered can be of better quality or reflect a price commensurate with them. 2) When offering discounts on tickets to sporting events, the additional charges tacked on to the price gives the appearance that the stated percentage off is, shall it be said, inaccurate. 3) make the shipping charges more in line with the cost of actual shipping; while not fully in line with stadium Coke, it seems to be moving in that direction. 4) Any/all of the above lend themselves to questionable support for those who have served...the targeted consumer.

Long time GovX member! I've been a Govx member for quite a while and love what they offer to veterans and first responders. Not only are the discounts available on their site, there are plenty of other retailers that use Govx to verify identity to receive discounts through their own sites. More so than not, they have the best prices available on the products available as well. Have dealt with customer service on a few occasions and have had positive interactions there as well. And the Patch of the Month is just icing on the cake for those that are into it.
