Excellent Customer Service I purchased the IronClad Pet Trackers for my dogs after trying out several other competitors that just did not work for us and returned them. The IronClad ones do the tracking they are supposed to (GPS) and their customer service is excellent. Their support team helped me with several questions (before and after the purchase) and even quickly incorporated feedback that I provided to improve their software. They were responsive in their emails and even called me to give me an update for an issue. The overall service seems very reliable and the cost is very good - much better than many of their competitors.

Fanny pack - great design, it expands upward as well as widthwise. Especially like handy light on personal alarm and tons of card slots in large capacity wallet. Speedy delivery, too. Caring and great customer service I actually ended up needing to return the product as I was told by Verizon that it would not be compatible. I appreciated the focus that I felt from the initial purchase through the return process. I felt like I could reach out to the company and they would help me which they did.
