Caring and great customer service I actually ended up needing to return the product as I was told by Verizon that it would not be compatible. I appreciated the focus that I felt from the initial purchase through the return process. I felt like I could reach out to the company and they would help me which they did. They offered to try and help problem solve the issues and I feel like they are invested in their mission of helping to keep families safe.

Just the right size for me to store… Just the right size for me to store documents. Cost seems appropriate compared to bank safety boxes. Delivery in a very short time.

Excellent Customer Service I purchased the IronClad Pet Trackers for my dogs after trying out several other competitors that just did not work for us and returned them. The IronClad ones do the tracking they are supposed to (GPS) and their customer service is excellent. Their support team helped me with several questions (before and after the purchase) and even quickly incorporated feedback that I provided to improve their software. They were responsive in their emails and even called me to give me an update for an issue. The overall service seems very reliable and the cost is very good - much better than many of their competitors.

JC tracker It has been pretty good overall. However I did get a text at midnight the other night that my dog was out of the fence area and he was right next to me in bed.

Great quality Great quality. Not big or bulky. I knew I didn’t want one of those big, heavy metal boxes. This is perfect.
