This is my first time using you guys… This is my first time using you guys and I cannot understand why it would take a whole week to receive a package after it was delivered to your Miami office. I had one package received by you on 16 April and one on the 17th. I just got the one received on the 16 yesterday (22 April). The one you got on the 17th has been showing intransit to locker since 10:30am on 22 Apr. It is 5:44pm 23rd April and no notification of delivery. This is unreal!!!

The service with Mailpac was timely and… The service with Mailpac was timely and efficient! I have no complaints there! My package was delivered to me in the shortest time possible and in excellent condition. Improvements can be made to implement more customer friendly service though. When I arrived at the Mandeville office to collect my package, none of the service reps were willing to give it to me because I came at exactly 3:00pm which is the time the office closes on Saturday. I understand they had already turned off the machine, but because I was traveling all the way from Black River to get there some amount of leniency could have been given. Then when I went back yesterday to get it they would not let me inside until exactly 9:00am when they opened. Again, seeing as though I was standing outside the door from 8:30am even 8:55am they could have allowed me in you know.
