The seamlessness of the entire process… The seamlessness of the entire process was the best part of it. Being able to pay online and pick up is convenient. The wait isn't always the best part. Especially now competitors are promising next day shipping. The status between preparing for shipment and in transit to me feel like the same status. We still have to call in to determine if the shipment was on the plan and if it would arrive on a particular day. So more information would make this a full 5

You pay premium prices for a simple, mediocre service! You pay premium prices for a simple mediocre delivery services, I paid around 50$ for a delivery that toke around 4 days. This is premium 1 day prices for a 4 days services. I wouldn’t recommend it, for this prices and mediocre services. Regular postal service would give you the same delivery time service for 50% less. If you’re in a hurry I will definitely NOT RECOMMEND it. Go to the big guys Direct, don’t waste your time and money with this “wannabe” courier services!

Completing the pre-alert process has… Completing the pre-alert process has improved. Had problems doing that before. Also got goods even earlier than I expected and delivery was seamless. Got the alert in the morning that package was out fir delivery and driver got to me before lunch. Overall I am very satisfied with the last delivery.

Stop notifications for BVI on the weekend I am on a small island and received an email saying the package would be delivered on the next business day. However, I kept getting a lot of messages over the weekend that my package was waiting for pickup. I even went and tried my qr code. It was confusing.
