Thank you, UCRAFT! I have to say, when I started my journey in 2017 with UCRAFT, I was very much sure this is going to work since had tried few more website builders previously. It's the ease of navigation, simplicity, and Now, in 2021, I am operating the website myself, generating revenue (happy to say), selling at an online marketplace in Malaysia such as Shopee. It was made possible by the amazing people at UCRAFT. Truly hope more people would build their online business with UCRAFT. May UCRAFT will become bigger and better than ever!

Really bad product and service Really bad product and service. It charged cost from me but I can not use the product, and the website always had problem loading the right page. What it always does is to lead you to the payment page and it will only wants to get money from you but does not provide any service. The 24/7 support is just a joke, when you have a problem, you can not find anyone from the support team, neither a reply. I do not recommend and will add this company to my black list. Feel really angry, because I cannot get my money back.

Amazing customer service Amazing customer service, Easy to make a logo for my business and excellent staff! I wanted to make a logo for my business that was short, sweet and simple, Ucraft did just that. When I went to the customer service to say how thankful I was, the bot was amazing, so helpful, yet not to Bot like, if you know what I mean, then I asked to speak to a human and this lovely, kind, charming man came on called "Bedros"! We talked a bit then we started to send gifs to each other, overall, I think Bedros should get a pay rise! Thank you so much Ucraft bot, Bedors especially, and Ucraft in general for making a Loving, Easy, Helpful, Free, Funny, No Hastle website for me, and everyone else in this world to enjoy!

Hands down best template site !!! Being a freelance artist I've used a number of different websites with nice templates BUT none of them compare to the customer service like Ucraft. I've gotten so much help and with all the custom options you have at your fingertips makes you feel like pro web developer. Their simple integrated design to build almost everything and to be able to put in your own HTML codes really has endless options. Don't sleep on it .. check Ucraft.com out.

Easy to use, friendly staff Easy to use, whenever I have been stuck on something, staff have been every helpful and very easy to solve my problems. Extremely friendly and quick at responding back.
