Great service, easy to use Great service, great website builder. A bit trickier than some other CMS services out there, but once you get it going, you'll be just fine and happy about really great support. I'm currently using it as a landing page only, but I'm definitely interested in their paid services as well down the road. If they'd remove the branding badge on the landing page for $1 a month, I'd give it 5 stars ;-)

Great customer support, still difficult to use. I have been using adobe's macromedia for many years to develop websites so I thought I would try UCraft for a change. They do have very nice templates, but I had great difficulty with certain aspects of the program. The good news is customer support is very good and quite responsive, the bad news is I had many many questions. After 5 days I still do not have the website that I want, but it is acceptably close. It's not sophisticated, in terms of modern websites, and the mobile representation of the site is not acceptable.

Very very very glitchy Very very very glitchy. I had a paid ecommerce store there for over a year, but the constant hang up include a permanent feedback tab placed along the scroll bar and their chat box expands with no means to retract it so you cannot access your site. They could not fix the problem on their end which made the service inaccessible and useless. If they care to fix issues like these, I would consider going back.

Support is awesome! Managed to rebuild my organizations website in a very short period of time with Ucraft's easy to use tools. It takes a little to understand how everything works and I was rushing so didn't take the time to watch all the tutorials, but whenever I got stuck their support chat was able to help me out quickly, efficiently and kindly. WAISTING TIME Create a website just for them without any explanation block your account access with all the time you spend on, all the information you fill in, and create text so you can start all over. BRAVO, your perfect site cost me just 2 days of my precious time. I am a photographer. I create a portfolio with glamour photos but VERY DECENT nothing to block my entire account without the possibility of copying my data from there or just changing two photos where nipple is visible!!
