Unfortunately, while he was unable to deliver EVERYTHING that I needed, he was very helpful in what he was able to offer which got me on the right track. Thank you, UCRAFT! I have to say, when I started my journey in 2017 with UCRAFT, I was very much sure this is going to work since had tried few more website builders previously. It's the ease of navigation, simplicity, and Now, in 2021, I am operating the website myself, generating revenue (happy to say), selling at an online marketplace in Malaysia such as Shopee. It was made possible by the amazing people at UCRAFT. Truly hope more people would build their online business with UCRAFT. May UCRAFT will become bigger and better than ever!

Great customer support, still difficult to use. I have been using adobe's macromedia for many years to develop websites so I thought I would try UCraft for a change. They do have very nice templates, but I had great difficulty with certain aspects of the program. The good news is customer support is very good and quite responsive, the bad news is I had many many questions. After 5 days I still do not have the website that I want, but it is acceptably close. It's not sophisticated, in terms of modern websites, and the mobile representation of the site is not acceptable.
