they claim to send you an email before… they claim to send you an email before they delete your website, except they never did. the hardwork i've put into my portfolio website (that i had because i am an art STUDENT who does not yet garner a lot of traffic) gone all down the drain. this policy did not exist when i first signed up for their website, nor did they ever notify me a change to these policies. it is unfair that my website is now gone as i never got the chance to do ANYTHING about it. from the bottom of my heart ucraft is the absolute worst

Great service, easy to use Great service, great website builder. A bit trickier than some other CMS services out there, but once you get it going, you'll be just fine and happy about really great support. I'm currently using it as a landing page only, but I'm definitely interested in their paid services as well down the road. If they'd remove the branding badge on the landing page for $1 a month, I'd give it 5 stars ;-)

Amazing customer service Amazing customer service, Easy to make a logo for my business and excellent staff! I wanted to make a logo for my business that was short, sweet and simple, Ucraft did just that. When I went to the customer service to say how thankful I was, the bot was amazing, so helpful, yet not to Bot like, if you know what I mean, then I asked to speak to a human and this lovely, kind, charming man came on called "Bedros"! We talked a bit then we started to send gifs to each other, overall, I think Bedros should get a pay rise! Thank you so much Ucraft bot, Bedors especially, and Ucraft in general for making a Loving, Easy, Helpful, Free, Funny, No Hastle website for me, and everyone else in this world to enjoy!

Prompt, Professional, and Accuracate information when you need it! Bedros assisted me in solving a couple of problems I was having with my newly-created website on Ucraft. Unfortunately, while he was unable to deliver EVERYTHING that I needed, he was very helpful in what he was able to offer which got me on the right track. Ucraft definitely needs to hang on to him as an employee because Bedros knows his stuff!

Hands down best template site !!! Being a freelance artist I've used a number of different websites with nice templates BUT none of them compare to the customer service like Ucraft. I've gotten so much help and with all the custom options you have at your fingertips makes you feel like pro web developer. Their simple integrated design to build almost everything and to be able to put in your own HTML codes really has endless options. Don't sleep on it .. check Ucraft.com out.
