Spending money on it now might be a waste because it's not delivering results. They made the cancellation process harder as well. I strongly recommend not using Quartile. It will cost you a lot of money.

So their trick is since they have a 3 month contract they figure by the time your done paying them the monthly fee you can cancel service and they just pocketed your fee and wasted your hard earned money on budget. BEAWARE they Outsource Out of the Country to Brazil and cheap countries so they can pay cheap labour and use people that barely speak English. SCAM SCAM SCAMMMM
