CAFiles would sometimes not open… Files would sometimes not open requiring full downloads. Index of content did not show all files available.

GBCustomer service itself is great but… Customer service itself is great but many of the emails from you go to investors’ spam boxes and low priority boxes and you don’t allow sending a link. So in some ways it’s less effective than free solutions involving Google sheets etc

HUAn excellent data room at a fair price FirmRoom truly made our lives easier. Typically used FirmRoom software to run and manage documents. We analyzed the market and this particular product against their key competitors like Ideals, Datasite and Intralinks, and found FirmRoom to offer comparable product features at competitive pricing. The interface is extremely intuitive and we love it. Overall 10/10 with a competitive price and an easy-to-use platform.
