Extremely Happy Customer I have been using Sendowl now for almost a decade and can't speak highly enough of this organisation. SendOwl has made selling digital products a seamless process and the customer support provided any time I have had to seek assistance has been prompt and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Merchants may be fraudulent and SendOwl takes no responsibility I was defrauded by a SendOwl merchant and while SendOwl did try to get in contact with the merchant, that merchant is no longer around and I made a payment that I am unable to recover. The onus should be on SendOwl to prevent fraud among their merchants and also to notify consumers who have transacted with a SendOwl merchant known to be operating fraudulently.

It’s a nice app but billing issue (beware merchants) It’s a nice app. Customizable and seems to function well. However, I did not appreciate being charged after uninstalling the app from my Shopify account. If it’s uninstalled, it’s no longer being used so any subsequent charges should cease by default. I ended up having to log in to SendOwl and cancel a second time (common courtesy should be to stop charging once you receive the deletion notice from Shopify). Other apps stop charging upon deletion, but SendOwl kept charging.

Best Buy-Button solution I started researching several years for a nice and easy version to sell online without the hassle. Sendowl is perfect for the european market. GDPR compliant and easy to use for physical goods and downloads. If you combine it with membership platforms like membermouse, you can! Support is quick and friendly. :) Can‘t understand the other reviews. Maybe used not correctly. I can only give 5 stars so far.

I should have switched sooner! I've just switched to SendOwl after nearly 4 years of using Selz. It's been the best move I have made regarding selling digital content. I really like how I can customize every detail of the buying process for the customer... the upsells... and not to mention the fantastic customer support.
