GBIt’s a nice app but billing issue (beware merchants) It’s a nice app. Customizable and seems to function well. However, I did not appreciate being charged after uninstalling the app from my Shopify account. If it’s uninstalled, it’s no longer being used so any subsequent charges should cease by default. I ended up having to log in to SendOwl and cancel a second time (common courtesy should be to stop charging once you receive the deletion notice from Shopify). Other apps stop charging upon deletion, but SendOwl kept charging.

TRZero support I'm giving this a one-star rating because it feels like I've had virtually no experience with their support. I registered for their platform a week ago and opted for the paid plan. I've sent over 4 emails seeking support, but have yet to receive a response. Instead, I continually receive their automated newsletters. My concern is the time I'm investing in creating lists and uploading products. Even their test mode doesn't seem to function, making me feel as though I'm adding products that only I can view. Their lack of responsiveness has been an issue from day one. Moreover, they advertise a free 14-day trial before your card is charged, but with this level of service, I'm hesitant to invest any more of my time

BEWorks great Works great so far, did never have to interfere in the process. All emails are going out automatically. A minor point of improvement would be to send emails a little faster. Now it takes on average 10 to 15 mins before the mail is going out.

GBI should have switched sooner! I've just switched to SendOwl after nearly 4 years of using Selz. It's been the best move I have made regarding selling digital content. I really like how I can customize every detail of the buying process for the customer... the upsells... and not to mention the fantastic customer support.

GBMerchants may be fraudulent and SendOwl takes no responsibility I was defrauded by a SendOwl merchant and while SendOwl did try to get in contact with the merchant, that merchant is no longer around and I made a payment that I am unable to recover. The onus should be on SendOwl to prevent fraud among their merchants and also to notify consumers who have transacted with a SendOwl merchant known to be operating fraudulently.
