***BUYER BEWARE*** ***BUYER BEWARE*** I accidentally ordered the incorrect software from BigHomeTax. I immediately uninstalled it and ordered the correct software from the same company. I requested a refund for the unused product and received an email response with several misspellings refusing the refund. I am disputing with PayPal, however, I probably just fell prey to a scam.

Bought from them for the 1st time Bought from them for the 1st time. It was TurboTax. Got the download instructions and everything worked fine. Software worked fine. The best price I could find. Highly recommend.

E file option did not work I purchased HR Block fed and statesoftware with fed e-file. I prepared my return, then waited until April 13th to submit, went to transmit my return and recieved a message that my filing eligiblity had expired. I attempted to used live chat with HR Block to resolve and was number 65 in que.Ended up printing and mailing my return at the post office for $12

H&R Block software-activation code doesn't work Purchased H&R Block software, it will not allow ANY of the 5 free federal e-filings, says the activation code has reached its limit (I've not even filed one). Contacted via email and SMS, no response. Then I read the reviews here. I'll have to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. Never again.

I've been purchasing HR Block Deluxe… I've been purchasing HR Block Deluxe Tax Software for about 15 years. This is the first time I had absolutely no problems installing the software! It was as easy as could be! The software picked up the appropriate information from the previous year's records, and the program worked perfectly. Purchasing this software was quick and easy. I would buy it again.
