No product support No product support. The download infected my existing file and I was unable to connect with Home Tax. In the end I was forced to file my Fed return paying additional $40.00 fee out of pocked. When purchasing downloaded software never go to third party source such as HOME TAX.

H&R Block software-activation code doesn't work Purchased H&R Block software, it will not allow ANY of the 5 free federal e-filings, says the activation code has reached its limit (I've not even filed one). Contacted via email and SMS, no response. Then I read the reviews here. I'll have to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. Never again.

It was as easy as could be! The software picked up the appropriate information from the previous year's records, and the program worked perfectly. Purchasing this software was quick and easy. I would buy it again.
