***BUYER BEWARE*** ***BUYER BEWARE*** I accidentally ordered the incorrect software from BigHomeTax. I immediately uninstalled it and ordered the correct software from the same company. I requested a refund for the unused product and received an email response with several misspellings refusing the refund. I am disputing with PayPal, however, I probably just fell prey to a scam.

Good price, Good results, until I tried to by State Ordered and promptly was able to download two versions of TurboTax and at a very good price. However, when I tried to buy a state for TurboTax business there was an unexplained error, and it would not work. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone to TurboTax representatives who finally sold me the state at a discounted price over the phone and showed me how to install it. After reading other reviews here I suspect it was not really Turbo Tax's problem.
