Service & product I have consistently had excellent support from the guys at GPLPlus. The plugins work 100%, and when requesting an update to a plugin, I received a reply within 15 minutes that the latest version was available for download. Will recommend without hesitation!

J'ai cependant pu contacter le support et semble m'avoir accordé un remboursement. EN:The site is not reliable. I bought a theme for € 4.50 which does not even exist in their download base (therefore impossible to download). However, I was able to contact support and seems to have given me a refund.
