If you're looking for reliable, professional hosting, look elsewhere. Here's why: Limited Features: They don't offer RDNS services, which is a basic functionality for many businesses. Additionally, if your system crashes, they prioritize attempting a potentially lengthy fix over a clean system rebuild. This can lead to further downtime and headaches. Unhelpful Support: Their support staff is rude and unhelpful. No Refunds: Buyer beware! They have a non-existent refund policy, meaning you're stuck with their service even if it's not what you need. Bait and Switch Tactics: They even tried to pressure me to move my main domain to their infrastructure just to access basic RDNS features. This is unacceptable business practice. For the price I paid, I can now find server providers offering 6 IPs, unlimited bandwidth, and all the features I need, along with professional and responsive support. Don't waste your money and time on KAMATERA. There are far better options available.

GBQuality and Speed... When Siteground stopped supporting Magento 2 I decided to look for an alternative that would give me full control. I have to say I am very impressed with Kamatera, the VM is very fast (UK hosting) and the price is excellent. I have had no problems and the few times I have contacted support the reply and been quick and helpful.

IDDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH! I have deployed about 10 VPS and loaded my card info etc on their website. after about 2 weeks they SUDDENLY stopped all my servers, blocked access to my account and asked me to upload a VIDEO of me holding an ID for "verification purposes". mind you they have just charged my card for services for the upcoming month. I have then asked for a refund for the remaining unconsumed portion of the services BUT they have refused and told that I'm still incurring charges until I upload the video. which I declined to do!
