GBI created a free managed account I created a free managed account, and was showing it to my client. I got support to help me setup my database. I took over and all was good. So my client wants to call Kamatera to talk about buying 4 dedicated servers. My client called directly and was never able to get a hold of anyone. So they went with someone else. Now I am stuck with the bill. You guys should hire sales staff to answer the phone.

PLI made account to test it with free… I made account to test it with free trial. With the trial i should be able to use everything i want that will cost max 100$. Before end of trial they blocked my account! I want to terminate servers and close account, but they say that i need to pay 6,12$ first (for free trial?!), but to do that i need to pay 25$ to change my card signed to account! It is good that i used virtual one use card to sign in... #edit Situation is still not slved. They gave me possibility to pay 109$ by paypal to get rid of debt xD Then told me to pay 25$ to change card or send them numbers from card. I gave them numbers of virtual card with exact amount to pay whole bill, but still my account is suspended and i cannot terminate servers!

KZOverall good but needs an invoice system Overall good but add invoices for god's sake The servers are nice and the IP i got wasn't in any spam databases. Pricing is great, but I seemingly can't delete my bank card details. Also, they don't create invoices, so everything is billed automatically every month. It sucks since many people (including me) need more control over billing and every other hosting has that lacking feature.

ROIn the proccess of signing up the… In the proccess of signing up the billing verification step failed twice, but they still kept my money. I emailed them, and did not hear from them. They claim to be top in the industry, how can you do this with all of the problems. I dont recommend thier services

RU$10 scam from Kamatera :) First I registered and created a server. A day later the account was blocked - I sent all the necessary documents. The account was unblocked, but they told me to make a deposit of $10 to check the payment method - I topped it up. A day later, the account was blocked and support did not respond. It's day 6 or 7. no answer hosting scammer provider! UPD: the money was returned to the card a week later, but I shared my identification data with a company of scammers who did not even respond, who can use it anywhere, so the scammer hoster still
