Paid Monthly Got Charged Houlry ive been using kamatera for like a year the quality of servers are really good . but recently i bought a server and the traffic exceeded the 5000gb and i turned off the server to terminate it and they charged hourly for the server ! i wrote a ticket to their support and for some reason they deleted my ticket instead of answering !

I am betting this company will join the top 5 in few years I am an experienced user of cloud computing such as Google Cloud, Amazon, Azure and others. I started using Kamatera for trial use in 2020. I log in every few months and I must say that the company is increasing the quality of its services quickly, Their admin panel has a great UI/UX. Their vps are 99.99999% of time stable. their costumer support is quick and porofesional. Guy's this is amazing vps solution!

Additionally, if your system crashes, they prioritize attempting a potentially lengthy fix over a clean system rebuild. This can lead to further downtime and headaches. Unhelpful Support: Their support staff is rude and unhelpful. No Refunds: Buyer beware! They have a non-existent refund policy, meaning you're stuck with their service even if it's not what you need. Bait and Switch Tactics: They even tried to pressure me to move my main domain to their infrastructure just to access basic RDNS features. This is unacceptable business practice. For the price I paid, I can now find server providers offering 6 IPs, unlimited bandwidth, and all the features I need, along with professional and responsive support. The dashboard allows you to create a server in a minute or so and it is clear exactly what your charges are going to be from the start. The actual equipment they use at there data centers is top quality. Need to upgrade, downgrade or backup a server? It's so simple. There are no hidden fees. They provide a dedicated account manager so you can get answers quickly. The technical support is the best I have ever experienced. I have never had a server go down. There pricing is very competitive.
