Review Title Review Title: AVOID AT ALL COSTS - KAMATERA - The WORST Server Provider This company is, without a doubt, the worst server provider I've ever dealt with. If you're looking for reliable, professional hosting, look elsewhere. Here's why: Limited Features: They don't offer RDNS services, which is a basic functionality for many businesses. Additionally, if your system crashes, they prioritize attempting a potentially lengthy fix over a clean system rebuild. This can lead to further downtime and headaches. Unhelpful Support: Their support staff is rude and unhelpful. No Refunds: Buyer beware! They have a non-existent refund policy, meaning you're stuck with their service even if it's not what you need. Bait and Switch Tactics: They even tried to pressure me to move my main domain to their infrastructure just to access basic RDNS features. This is unacceptable business practice. For the price I paid, I can now find server providers offering 6 IPs, unlimited bandwidth, and all the features I need, along with professional and responsive support. Don't waste your money and time on KAMATERA. There are far better options available.

$10 scam from Kamatera :) First I registered and created a server. A day later the account was blocked - I sent all the necessary documents. The account was unblocked, but they told me to make a deposit of $10 to check the payment method - I topped it up. A day later, the account was blocked and support did not respond. It's day 6 or 7. no answer hosting scammer provider! UPD: the money was returned to the card a week later, but I shared my identification data with a company of scammers who did not even respond, who can use it anywhere, so the scammer hoster still

I made account to test it with free… I made account to test it with free trial. With the trial i should be able to use everything i want that will cost max 100$. Before end of trial they blocked my account! I want to terminate servers and close account, but they say that i need to pay 6,12$ first (for free trial?!), but to do that i need to pay 25$ to change my card signed to account! It is good that i used virtual one use card to sign in... #edit Situation is still not slved. They gave me possibility to pay 109$ by paypal to get rid of debt xD Then told me to pay 25$ to change card or send them numbers from card. I gave them numbers of virtual card with exact amount to pay whole bill, but still my account is suspended and i cannot terminate servers!

Kamatera is Amazing! I have used all the major providers of Cloud based servers. Kamatera is by far the best. The dashboard allows you to create a server in a minute or so and it is clear exactly what your charges are going to be from the start. The actual equipment they use at there data centers is top quality. Need to upgrade, downgrade or backup a server? It's so simple. There are no hidden fees. They provide a dedicated account manager so you can get answers quickly. The technical support is the best I have ever experienced. I have never had a server go down. There pricing is very competitive.

It’s cheap and it somewhat works It’s cheap and it somewhat works, but for months I was unable to log in to their cloud platform because ‘my IP address has changed’. Their “solution” was that I had to reset my password each time I log in and that I can only log in from one IP address (which also didn’t work unless I tried it 10 times). What a ridiculous requirement.
