Another free service delivered in less than 12 hours, so I don't see what this paid service issue is... Embarrassing that they are getting out performed by a free service while charging people.

Just don't Was fine in the past, but avoid at all costs. Support not responding anymore and no way to contact them. Server is already down for one week. Thankfully at end of billing period, just cancel it when you have the chance.
