GBThey Are Scamming People! Run without looking back. I was using tryrdp for the first time so when my server expired. I paid the invoice but there was no to complain because their support stopped. After waiting for fews days, I decided to request for cancellation and while I was waiting for it to be cancelled, I went ahead and ordered another service, they confirmed my payment but the service is still pending for over 3 weeks now. Today I spoked to a friend who was still using tryrdp. He advised me to create another account to purchase a fresh virtual machine since my account must have been flagged since I failed to renew immediately so I listened and created another account, after purchasing it, my payment has been confirmed, they even emailed my involve but my service is still pending just like the previous ones. Please always check reviews before using any of these rdp sites. Tryrdp are scamming people.

NGWould not recommend tryrdp Would not recommend tryrdp, customer service are fake both the brand is scam. I bought RDP for $20 with the invoice Id 50547 and since then nothing is working. They don't even reply to ticket for over one week. The money is gone.

NGI am a victim of TryRDP scam It is so unfortunate that a company that was working well in the past suddenly decided to scam its service users this way. They allow the system to keep collecting payment, but no service is rendered. Right now, my six active RDPs have been out of service. The one I paid for four days ago, is still on pending mode. All my tickets to support have not been treated. Is there no way this TryRDP website can be taking down to avoid more people becoming victims?

PKI GOT SCAMMED I GOT SCAMMED I GOT SCAMMED. Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered an RDP FIFTEEN days ago and still nothing, no activation or access. No response to support tickets. Another free service delivered in less than 12 hours, so I don't see what this paid service issue is... Embarrassing that they are getting out performed by a free service while charging people.
