I purchased a ‘Smart Torch’ for $59 AU… I purchased a ‘Smart Torch’ for $59 AU and received after waiting 3 weeks. I was very disappointed with the product as it looks like a flimsy plastic toy from a $2.00 shop in Australia. It definitely does not shine 40 times brighter as advertised and will not charge. False advertising for an expensive fake product. Also any correspondence is always in Mexican which I cannot understand but funnily was advertised in English. FAKE FAKE FAKE unless by mistake they sent me the wrong product.

I bought some knee braces for $79 a… I bought some knee braces for $79 a pair. They seemed to take forever to arrive but they are comfortable enough. But they arrived in a plain bubble wrap bag with no paper work and no instructions on how to launder them. I had to ask the company via email how they were supposed to be washed. All things considered, I think I won’t be using this company again in the future.

Stay Away If you see you are dealing with this company Still waiting for my refund. Purchased knee braces from them in July, on the advertisement there was nothing about sizing, so the arrived and didn't fit from my emails to them it looks like they arrived promptly. It then took4 emails over 10 days to get mediums that where loose getting sizing information was impossible. So to get a refund I returned everything to China as directed. It has been in China since the beginning of October and not moved not the companies fault but the complete and utter lack of response is their fault. If you get what you want first go then they are probably good but if you need customer service your toast.

Con Artists I ordered the sunglasses. They do not even cover my eyes. I have been sending e-mails to find out how to return them. They told me to give them all of my bank account information including the account number and routing number. How stupid do they think people are? I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau, but it won't help. I'll have to eat the $100.00. Stay away from these scammers!!!!!
