An absolute rip off company An absolute rip off company. I purchased a wine bottle opener which had rave reviews and it was transported from China. It is rubbish, doesn't work and when I requested a refund as per the terms of purchase they told me to return it to an address in China at my own cost. They would refund me if the item was returned in sound condition. This is contrary to the advertised guarantee of full money back if not satisfied and I could keep the item.

Check first BEWARE!! Do not buy from this company .. super inflated prices, no possibility of communication …I received the pump action wine bottle openers in plain cellophane envelopes.. nothing else, went online and found exactly the same ones at 10th of the price and more… I am very ashamed that I didn’t check.. my fault for having fallen into this trap… so do be aware they are scammers!!!! Do not buy from them!! Check other sites!!!

Con Artists I ordered the sunglasses. They do not even cover my eyes. I have been sending e-mails to find out how to return them. They told me to give them all of my bank account information including the account number and routing number. How stupid do they think people are? I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau, but it won't help. I'll have to eat the $100.00. Stay away from these scammers!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM R3viewblog I would like to re-iterate what Craig B said below. "I strongly recommend that you do not purchase any product from R3view. Their aftermarket service is not existent and they do not care, saying your product is with the courier and to contact them. Unfortunately the courier is as useless as R3view noting that the product which we purchased is still in transit". Mine was actually "Returned To Sender" (they said). So I sent my address (again). It then took another month to get delivered, but only after a number of emails to them trying to get an answer as to what was happening - and getting ignored. Worse buying experience yet with any seller. NEVER AGAIN.
